The Baby tattler

The Baby Tattler- April, 2018

Theta Chi sigma chapter has recently applied for the alter award, which is the highest award a Theta Chi chapter can get nationally.  Also, the outstanding senior award was given to our former president Christopher Coatu for his commitment to the house over the past couple of years.  Brothers against drunk driving will be held soon.

The Vice President has been revamping our bylaws and working with the treasurer on making the house feel more like we are running a business.

During spring recruitment we initiated 4 fine gentlemen who are passionate about changing the status quo in a positive manner.

Our Brotherhood Chair is working on fraternity relations and implementing fun new traditions for our house to participate in as a brotherhood.

Our Public Relations Chairman increased our instagram following from 468 to over 1250. This was accomplished by reaching out and connecting with the other chapters of Theta Chi, their members, and local OSU greek life chapters. We are witnessing the highest level of digital interaction in chapter history.

For philanthropy we ended up getting most improved chapter in Kappa Deltas Mock Rock and we are joining Fiji this year on a joint philanthropy.  All proceeds from our joint philanthropy are going to USO.

The Historian and other brothers have been organizing the den and making our library more organized so brothers can find textbooks much easier. They have been organized by subject and course level. This has helped reduce individual costs for Sigma Chapter members.
